이 환불 정책은 Chrome 확장 프로그램용 유료 라이선스인 Unmarkdown Pro에 적용됩니다. Unmarkdown은 KUNNWORKS가 개발하고 운영하며, Lemon Squeezy 결제 페이지에서 이루어진 구매는 Lemon Squeezy가 판매자(Merchant of Record)로서 결제와 해당되는 판매세·부가가치세(VAT)를 처리합니다.
Unmarkdown Pro 환불 정책
14일 이내 환불
Unmarkdown Pro가 맞지 않는다면 구매일로부터 14일 이내에 환불을 요청해 주세요. 예를 들어 회사 브라우저 정책 때문에 확장 프로그램을 쓸 수 없거나, 쓰려던 사이트·작업에서 기대한 대로 동작하지 않는 경우입니다.
요청 방법
- admin@unmarkdown.io로 구매할 때 쓴 이메일 주소와 주문 번호를 보내 주세요.
- 라이선스 키 전체는 보내지 마세요. 필요하면 마지막 4자리만 적어 주세요.
환불 후
환불 요청은 판매자인 Lemon Squeezy를 통해 처리될 수 있으며, 관련 법에 따른 소비자 권리와 결제 제공자의 규정이 적용됩니다. 환불 금액이 돌아오는 방법과 시점은 결제 수단에 따라 다를 수 있습니다. 환불이 완료되고 라이선스가 취소된 뒤에도, 확장 프로그램이 다음에 라이선스 상태를 확인할 때까지는 Pro 기능을 쓸 수 있는 상태로 남아 있을 수 있습니다. 무료 기능은 계속 쓸 수 있습니다.
법적 권리
이 정책은 관련 법에 따라 이용자에게 보장되는 청약철회 등의 권리를 제한하지 않습니다. 14일이 지난 경우에도 법에서 정한 사유가 있다면 문의해 주세요.
English version — Unmarkdown Pro Refund Policy
This policy applies to Unmarkdown Pro, the paid license for the Unmarkdown Chrome extension. Unmarkdown is developed and operated by KUNNWORKS. Purchases made through the Lemon Squeezy checkout are sold by Lemon Squeezy as merchant of record, which handles payment processing and applicable sales tax or VAT.
- 14 days. If Unmarkdown Pro isn’t right for you (for example, your workplace blocks the extension, or it doesn’t work with the site or workflow you needed), request a refund within 14 days of purchase.
- How to ask. Email admin@unmarkdown.io with your order email and order number. Don’t send your full license key; the last 4 characters are enough.
- After a refund. Refund requests may be processed through Lemon Squeezy as merchant of record, subject to applicable mandatory consumer rights and the payment provider’s rules. How and when the money is returned depends on the payment method. After a refund is completed and the license is revoked, Pro access may remain available until the extension next verifies the license status. Free features keep working.
- Your rights. This policy doesn’t limit any mandatory consumer rights you have under applicable law.
