이 약관은 Unmarkdown 웹사이트(unmarkdown.io)와 Unmarkdown Chrome 확장 프로그램, 그리고 확장 프로그램용 유료 라이선스인 Unmarkdown Pro에 적용됩니다. 다른 앱이나 플랫폼에서 제공되는 서비스에는 적용되지 않으며, 그런 서비스에는 각 서비스의 약관이 따로 적용됩니다. Unmarkdown은 KUNNWORKS가 개발하고 운영하며, 사업자·회사 정보는 KUNNWORKS 공식 웹사이트에서 확인할 수 있습니다. 한국어 본문 아래에 영어 전문(English version)이 이어집니다.

Unmarkdown 이용약관

1. 서비스

Unmarkdown은 사용자가 입력하거나 선택한 글에서 마크다운 기호를 정리하고, 붙여넣을 곳에 맞게 형식을 바꿔 주는 도구입니다. 서비스는 “있는 그대로” 제공되며, 중요한 글은 사용하기 전에 결과를 확인해 주세요.

2. 무료 기능과 Unmarkdown Pro

웹사이트와 확장 프로그램의 무료 기능은 요금 없이 사용할 수 있습니다. Unmarkdown Pro(Pro Local)는 Chrome 확장 프로그램의 추가 기능을 쓸 수 있는 유료 라이선스이며, 한 번 결제(현재 ₩9,900)로 구매합니다. 구독이 아니며 자동으로 다시 결제되지 않습니다. 어떤 기능이 Pro에 포함되는지는 요금 안내에 적습니다.

3. 라이선스 범위

  • 라이선스 1개는 구매한 1명이 사용합니다.
  • 최대 3대 기기(브라우저 설치)에서 동시에 활성화할 수 있습니다. 기존 기기에서 해제하면 다른 기기에서 활성화할 수 있습니다.
  • 개인 용도와 라이선스 보유자 본인의 업무·상업 용도로 사용할 수 있습니다.
  • 라이선스 키를 여러 사람이나 직원과 나눠 쓰거나, 공개하거나, 되팔거나, 라이선스 확인을 우회해서는 안 됩니다.

4. 사용 기간과 업데이트

구매한 Pro 기능에는 정해진 사용 기한이 없습니다. 같은 제품 안에서 오류 수정, 브라우저 호환성 수정, 기존 기능 개선 같은 업데이트를 제공할 수 있습니다. 다만 앞으로의 모든 개발, 무기한 지원, 모든 외부 서비스와의 호환을 약속하지는 않습니다. 클라우드·AI·팀용 기능 등 별도 제품은 Pro에 포함되지 않으며 따로 제공될 수 있습니다.

5. 라이선스 확인

확장 프로그램은 결제·라이선스 제공자인 Lemon Squeezy를 통해 라이선스를 활성화하고, 약 7일에 한 번 다시 확인합니다. 네트워크 문제로 확인하지 못하면 마지막 확인 후 30일 동안 Pro가 유지됩니다. 라이선스가 유효하지 않거나, 환불되었거나, 비활성화되었다는 응답을 받으면 Pro 기능은 바로 멈춥니다.

6. 결제

Unmarkdown Pro를 Lemon Squeezy 결제 페이지에서 구매하면 Lemon Squeezy가 판매자(Merchant of Record)가 되어 결제 처리와 해당되는 판매세·부가가치세(VAT) 처리를 맡으며, 구매에는 Lemon Squeezy의 약관도 함께 적용됩니다. 카드 정보는 Lemon Squeezy 결제 페이지에서 입력하며, KUNNWORKS는 카드 정보를 받거나 처리하지 않습니다. 가격은 새 구매자에게 적용되는 금액이며, 이미 구매한 Pro 기능에 대해 다시 결제를 요구하지 않습니다.

7. 환불

구매 후 14일 이내에 환불을 요청할 수 있습니다. 환불 요청은 Lemon Squeezy를 통해 처리될 수 있으며, 관련 법에 따른 소비자 권리와 결제 제공자의 규정이 적용됩니다. 자세한 내용은 환불 정책을 따릅니다.

8. 책임의 제한

관련 법이 허용하는 범위에서, 서비스 사용으로 생긴 간접적·부수적 손해에 대해서는 책임지지 않습니다. 이 약관은 관련 법에 따라 이용자에게 보장되는 권리를 제한하지 않습니다.

9. 약관 변경

약관을 바꿀 수 있으며, 바뀐 날짜는 이 페이지 위쪽에 표시합니다.

English version — Unmarkdown Terms of Service

These terms apply to the Unmarkdown website (unmarkdown.io), the Unmarkdown Chrome extension, and Unmarkdown Pro, the paid license for the extension. They do not apply to services offered in other apps or on other platforms, which have their own terms. Unmarkdown is developed and operated by KUNNWORKS. Business and company information is available on the official KUNNWORKS website.

  1. Service. Unmarkdown cleans Markdown formatting from text you enter or select and reformats it for where you paste it. It is provided “as is”. Check important text before you use it.
  2. Free and Pro. The free features of the website and the extension are free of charge. Unmarkdown Pro (Pro Local) is a paid license for additional features of the Chrome extension, sold for a one-time payment (currently ₩9,900). It is not a subscription and does not renew. The pricing page lists what Pro includes.
  3. License. One license is for one user and may be active on up to three devices (browser installations) at a time; deactivate one to use another. Personal use and the license holder’s own work or business use are allowed. You may not share a key with other people or employees, publish or resell it, or circumvent license checks.
  4. Duration and updates. Purchased Pro functionality has no fixed expiration date. We may provide bug fixes, browser compatibility fixes and improvements within the same product, but we don’t promise perpetual development, indefinite support or compatibility with every third-party service. Separate products such as cloud, AI or team features are not included in Pro.
  5. License checks. The extension activates the license through our payment and licensing provider, Lemon Squeezy, and re-checks it about once every 7 days. If it can’t reach the provider, Pro stays on for 30 days after the last successful check. If the provider reports a license as invalid, refunded or disabled, Pro features stop.
  6. Payments. Unmarkdown Pro purchases made through the Lemon Squeezy checkout are sold by Lemon Squeezy as merchant of record, which handles payment processing and applicable sales tax or VAT; its terms also apply to the purchase. You enter card details on Lemon Squeezy’s checkout, and KUNNWORKS does not receive or process them. Prices apply to new purchases; you won’t be asked to pay again for Pro functionality you already bought.
  7. Refunds. You can request a refund within 14 days of purchase. Refund requests may be processed through Lemon Squeezy, subject to applicable mandatory consumer rights and the payment provider’s rules. See the Refund Policy.
  8. Liability. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from the use of the service. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under applicable consumer law.
  9. Changes. We may update these terms; the date at the top shows the latest version.
